Orthodontist Dr Stephen Yao and the Braces For Pretty Faces Team invite students from the local grammar schools to visit their office and interact with each other to learn about braces, dental health and the importance of regular visits to the dentist.

The children are encouraged to role play with one other in the dental operatory as a way to familiarize themselves with dental procedures. They are encourage to ask questions and experiment with the different disposable supplies that are commonly used during a regular dental checkup. It provides a fun, positive dental experience for the kids. The goal of our program is to allow kids to see for themselves what a positive experience going to the dentist… or orthodontist in our case…can be.
